・漱石公園と一体化した地下1階・地上2階の透明建築
・「猫の家」や書斎を再現した展示空間で漱石の日常を体感

His architecture is like a "forest" born from his architectural vision rooted in the mixed forests of Hokkaido as his primal landscape. The spaces created by transparency and nested structures truly demonstrate the new possibilities of contemporary architecture.

Sendai Ryokusaikan opened in 2023 in the Oimawashi area of Aobayama Park. Designed by architect Kazuya Saito, this beautiful wooden structure offers a contemporary interpretation of the spatial composition of the Edo period Katakura residence.

Themed around "connection," the design connects interior and exterior through corridors, and people through shared spaces. The interior, which blends wooden warmth with modern design, offers exhibitions, cafes, and shops where visitors can experience the culture and nature of Sendai and Miyagi 🌲
