三菱地所設計×NTTファシリティーズ×東利恵が2016年に完成させた、星のや初の都市型旅館🔥 江戸小紋をモチーフにした黒いスクリーンで覆われた地上18階建ての縦型旅館が、東京のど真ん中に"塔の日本旅館"として話題沸騰中！

建築家・安藤忠雄が手がけた、旧同潤会青山アパートの再開発プロジェクトとして2006年に誕生した表参道の新ランドマーク🔥 中央吹抜けを螺旋状に巻くスパイラルスロープが「第二の表参道」として機能する、まさに建築と都市が融合した革命的商業建築！

🔥 建築の特徴
・表参道の坂と同じ勾配を持つスパイラルスロープで街と建築を一体化
・ケヤキ並木の高さ（約18m）以下に建物高さを抑えた景観配慮設計
・地下6階・地上6階、全長250mの巨大商業・住宅複合施設
・旧同潤会青山アパートを"同潤館"として歴史的記憶を継承
